Returns + Exchanges
Simply place a new order online and then initiate a return.
REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING FOR RETURNS
· All return packages must be shipped out within 14 days of the date you received an item from us.
· All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.
· All returns must include the Return Number that you received through the My Account section of lumeswimwear.com in the return package.
· All returns and exchanges need to be shipped to our warehouse at customers expense
· Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
· Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
· Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
· Please note that we are not responsible for lost items by your postage service, please be assured to get a tracking number for extra security.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
· Returns received after 14 days of the original order receipt date.
· Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
· All items on sales are final, however if you need an exchange and we have sizes available we can exchange. Please follow the steps below.
SALES ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON SALES ITEMS
